Spaghetti and meatballs can be as fancy or as simple as you want it to be. Make it your own by adding spices, veggies, or other ingredients to your family’s favorite pasta sauce.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, milk, egg, garlic, and pepper. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Using your hands, shape the meat mixture into one-inch-size meatballs (approximately 10-12 meatballs).
Place meatballs onto a baking sheet, and bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 165°F.
While meatballs are cooking, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain well.
In a large skillet, heat pasta sauce until simmering. When meatballs are cooked, add to pasta sauce and heat until desired temperature is reached.
Add cooked spaghetti to a large platter or bowl, top with meatballs and sauce; garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
