Angel Hair with Parmesan and Broccoli is a simple, flavorful dish and a great way to get your family to eat their veggies in the tastiest way possible.

 8 Angel Hair Pasta, uncooked
 3 tbsp butter
 2 frozen broccoli florets
 14.50 low sodium chicken broth
 0.50 cup light sour cream
 0.50 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter. Add broccoli and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.

Add broth and heat until simmering. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer.

Stir in uncooked angel hair pasta. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Stir in sour cream and salt and pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

  3. To make it more of a complete meal, I added 2-4 chicken tenders, cooking them in the pan before I added the frozen broccoli. I made no other changes to the recipe. LOVE I! I have made it several times now.
