Bacon Alfredo Skillet with Chicken combines crispy, smoky bacon with the creaminess of Alfredo sauce for a quick, flavorful meal.
Break fettuccine into two-inch long pieces. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and set aside.
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. Reserve 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings in skillet, discarding the rest.
Add chicken to skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is done and slightly browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add Alfredo sauce to skillet. Add milk to Alfredo sauce jar; replace lid and shake well, pour into skillet.
Add spinach to skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add drained pasta and crumbled bacon and toss gently. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

I haven’t made this yet so I probably shouldn’t be reviewing this recipe, but I can just about taste it from watching the preparation and reading the ingredients. Awesome dish that is so simple yet full of flavorful stuff
