This dish is a BIG BIG Hit around here. The kids just love it and you can add more than one type of cheese. I added 2 cheeses Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella. Love it and all in ONE PAN. YES!!!!!
Easy, one pan meal! Very tasty and quick to make. I don’t like Velveeta so I used sliced American cheese instead.
Just made it! I wanted 3 things…
1. Quick. This dish is fast and only requires a few dishes. I usually use too many utensils and pans for my wifes liking. 1 large skillet and my trusty slotted spoon is all this needed.
2. Easy. Brown, add veggies, water and tomatoes. I used horseradish mustard. I add also added 1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire, peas and corn.
3. Delicious! Holy moly! I used mexican blend cheese (all I had) and it came out with an almost sour creamy flavor to it. Fantastic. I started it at 4:35 pm est and it’s done and being destroyed by the family at 5:10. Lol review at 5:23. So trust me its fast!
